You control what days and at what times to receive a Simple Life Check. These life checks can be set for a single, one-time use or for everyday until you cancel them. You can also set how many life checks you want to receive in a single day.
You designate which of your contacts receive your request for assistance. Select as many contacts as you feel comfortable with. You also choose if you want 911 Emergency to respond.
Your designated help will receive instructions for gaining entry: door lock codes, hidden keys, if there is a dog or not, etc.

Easy to Use:
Tap 'My Contacts' to select and designate your choices for emergency assistance. You also choose whether or not to have 911 Emergency respond.
Tap the button 'Set Life Check', then simply select your days and set the time(s) you would like to receive a Life Check. After that, select 'Schedule' and you will then see it change to 'Scheduled', affirming your set days and time(s).
