Refund Policy for Simple Life Check
Purchases of Simple Life Check are processed and managed by the platform store. Refund eligibility is determined by the policies of the platform through which you purchased the app.
1. Store Refunds

For iOS Users: All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit
reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Apple reviews each request and determines eligibility according to their own refund policies.

For Android Users: Most refund requests are handled directly through the Google Play Store. If it has been less than 48 hours since your purchase, you can request a refund through your Google Play account history.
2. Developer-Assisted Refunds

For iOS Users: Because Apple processes all App Store transactions, Worldwide Designs cannot issue refunds directly. If you are experiencing a technical issue that prevents the app from functioning, please contact us at
support@simplelifecheck.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue or help you with the Apple refund process.

For Android Users: For requests made after the initial 48-hour window, Worldwide Designs will consider refunds within 90 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis. We generally issue refunds if the app is technically non-functional on your device despite troubleshooting, or if the app features significantly differ from the store listing.

If you are on iOS:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Select "Request a refund".
- Choose Simple Life Check from your purchase history.
For technical support, email support@simplelifecheck.com.
If you are on Android:
To request a refund after 48 hours, please email support@simplelifecheck.com with your Google Play Order ID (GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX) and the reason for your request.
